    Product Marketing Manager Project and Visio in Pozuelo, Spain

    Responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategies of two Microsoft products (Project and Visio) across Spain. Reports to Spanish Office BG Lead and WE P&V Lead, managed budget of $40K, sales of $10M ($7M P and $3M V)

    •  Drove marketing planning - via growth opportunities developing sales guidance and marketing programs which helped capitalize sales of Project: On Premise and Cloud: +16% Variance to Budget (VtB) +7% Year over Year (YoY) with particular fast growth in Small Medium Business segment (+41%) and Visio: +5% VtB mainly driven by Medium Business (+12% VtB)

    • GDemand Generation Initiative - drove product awareness via monthly PMI Chapter events with 100 attendees in each, increasing demand and trials using optimal mix of digital marketing in more than 6 physical events.

    • Grew new business through partners - drove partner readiness (cloud-selling focused): 70% of accounts which attended workshops, along related partner involved, generated leads which are at 80% to be closed in Q4 Fiscal Year 2016.

    • Lead the local Project& Visio partner ecosystem - expanded local partner ecosystem onboarding 30% new partners during H2 of FY16 in the Project and Portfolio Management competency.
